To receive treatment at Segue Clinic, we require an in-person visit. We serve patients within the Niagara Region and Brant County.

Get Essential Care with Free Naloxone. Our program is designed to ensure compassionate, accessible, and reliable care for every patient, with delivery available for existing patients unable to attend in person.

Our pharmacy program offers a range of tailored services to meet your unique needs. Whether you are currently using opioids, at risk of resuming use, or supporting someone who is, our program is here to help. It also caters to individuals facing challenges in accessing pharmacy services due to physical or logistical barriers.

Your kit will include intranasal (nasal spray) naloxone, injectable naloxone, or both together, depending on what’s clinically appropriate for you. Every kit — whichever format — also includes the following, at no cost:

 

Rescue Breathing Barrier Trained-Person Card
2026 Instructional Insert (EN/FR) free 1-on-1 naloxone training
protective case pair of non-latex gloves

 

Injectable kits also include the required alcohol swabs, syringes and ampoule-opening devices, where applicable.

Our pharmacy provides personalized guidance, required one-on-one naloxone training and pharmacy pickup. Delivery may be available to existing pharmacy patients who cannot physically attend and require delivery to an Ontario address.
